TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR JAMESON X CASTLE PENALTY SHOOT OUT 2026
UK Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. UK RESIDENTS AGED 18 OR OVER ONLY. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before entering.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotional period
The Promotion opens at 00:00:01 on 21 September 2026.
The opportunity to enter the Main Prize Draw for the EFL match tickets and footballs closes at 23:59:59 on 21 October 2026. Entries received after that time will not be included in the Main Prize Draw.
The instant-win promotion for the Jameson, Ginger & Lime serves will close when all 3,000 instant-win prizes have been allocated, which may be before or after 23:59:59 UK time on 21 October 2026. The game will indicate when the instant-win prizes are no longer available. Entrants may continue to play and earn entries into the Main Prize Draw until the Main Prize Draw closes.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Employees of the Promoter, EFL, Castle Pubs, their group companies, agencies, suppliers, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, and members of their immediate families or households, may not enter.
The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, residence and eligibility before awarding a prize. The free Jameson, Ginger & Lime prize may only be redeemed by a person aged 18 or over. Please enjoy responsibly.
4. How to enter
Scan the QR code on point-of-sale materials at participating venues (listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions) or visit play.jamesonwhiskey.com/en-gb/goldenticketsweeps during the Promotional Period. Play the game and complete the entry form with the required information, including first name, last name, city, postcode, email address and date of birth. Accept these Terms and Conditions and submit the form.
No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required. Only entries made through the official game journey will be accepted.
Consent to receive marketing from the Promoter and EFL is required to enter.
5. Entries and bonus entries
Each eligible entrant receives one entry into the Main Prize Draw after completing a valid registration.
Entrants may earn additional entries by earning badges identified in the game during the Promotional Period. Each badge earns one additional entry. The in-game instructions explain how each badge is earned.
Each person may register only once and may enter using only one email address. Entries generated by automated means, multiple identities or email addresses, or other attempts to circumvent these limits will be void. The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, false, fraudulent or otherwise contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
Game scores and leaderboard position do not by themselves determine the winners unless expressly stated in the badge criteria shown in the game.
6. Prizes
6.1 Instant-win prize
There are 3,000 instant-win prizes available. Each prize is one Jameson, Ginger & Lime serve (a “JGL”) at a participating Castle Pubs venue, subject to the redemption conditions below.
Vouchers must be redeemed at participating venues by 30 November 2026.
An entrant is eligible for the instant-win opportunity on their first valid registration only. Winners will be determined by a verifiably random, secure automated process. A winning entrant will be notified by email and issued a unique redemption code. A code may be used once only and has no cash value.
A valid winning code entitles the winner to the prize, subject to verification and these Terms and Conditions. If the advertised serve is unexpectedly unavailable at a participating venue, the Promoter will arrange a reasonable equivalent or direct the winner to an alternative participating venue. The Promoter will not issue more than 3,000 valid winning codes.
6.2 The Main Prize Draw
The main prize draw is for the first and second prizes. These are as follows:
· First Prize = one set of two tickets to one EFL match selected by the winner, subject to fixture and ticket availability and the Promoter’s approval. General admission. Seat location will be determined by the Promoter/EFL. Travel, accommodation, food and other expenses are not included.
· Second prize = five official EFL x PUMA match balls.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Ticket winners and guests must comply with the applicable venue, club and EFL rules. A guest must be aged 18 or over as of the start date of this Promotion. The Promoter may refuse or end prize participation where a winner or guest behaves unlawfully, dangerously or disruptively, or is refused admission by the venue.
7. Winner selection and notification
Instant-win prizes will be allocated as described in clause 6.1.
The winners of the first and second prizes will be selected at random by the Promoter’s third party partner, Ministry of CRM, from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process within ten working days after the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will then contact potential winners using the email address supplied on entry. A potential winner must respond within seven days and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize. If the Promoter cannot contact a potential winner despite reasonable efforts, the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible or declines the prize, the Promoter (or Ministry of CRM) may select an alternative winner using the same process.
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the second prizes within 30 days after the winners confirm eligibility.
8. Winner information
The Promoter will make available the surname and county of the major prize winners to anyone who requests this information by emailing [email protected] within three months after the closing date. Entrants may object to, or ask the Promoter to reduce, the information made available. The Promoter may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
9. Data protection
The Promoter is the controller of personal data collected for the Promotion. It will use entrants’ information to run the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, fulfil prizes, prevent fraud and demonstrate that prizes were awarded validly. Information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Where an entrant separately opts in to marketing from the Promoter or EFL, the relevant organisation will use the entrant’s information for that marketing in accordance with the wording presented at the point of collection and its privacy information. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting entry into the Promotion.
Further information about how the Promoter uses personal data and about individual rights is available in the Pernod Ricard UK privacy policy: https://www.pernod-ricard.com/en/locations/uk/terms-use-and-privacy-policy.
To exercise data protection rights or ask a privacy question, use the contact details in that privacy policy. If an entrant asks the Promoter to delete information that is still needed to administer their entry before the Promotion is complete, the Promoter may be unable to continue processing that entry.
10. Administration and technical issues
The Promoter is responsible for the Promotion. It is not responsible for entries that are not received because of network, device, platform or technical failure outside its reasonable control. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
If fraud, technical failure or another event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control materially affects the fairness, security or proper administration of the Promotion, the Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend it only to the extent reasonably necessary. The Promoter will seek to minimise disappointment and, where practicable, will select winners from valid entries received before the affected time.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or an entrant’s statutory rights.
11. General
The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion are final, but this does not affect entrants’ legal rights.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Entrants may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
Questions about the Promotion should be sent to [email protected].
