Terms and Conditions for Jameson x Marston’s Promotion –Jameson, Ginger & Lime Sampling Phase 1 (the “Promotion”)

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Promoter: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG. Please do not send entries or other communication to this address.
2. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 00:01am on 12 October 2025 and close at 23:59pm on 26 October 2025.
4. Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must complete the online registration form on https://www.jamesonwhiskey.com/en-gb/marstons-jgl-giveaway/ (“Website”) during the Promotional Period with their name, email and date of birth to sign up to receive news and promotions from Jameson, other Pernod Ricard UK brands and be entered into the Promotion.
5. As part of the entry mechanic, you must provide certain personal information and consent to receive marketing communications from Jameson and other Pernod Ricard UK brands. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting your participation in the Promotion. One entry per person/email address.
6. Free Drink Promotion: Following entry of your consent and personal data in accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5, you will receive a one-time voucher code to the email address used to make your entry, which shall entitle you to one free Jameson, Ginger & Lime serve (a single measure (25ml) of Jameson Irish Whiskey served with Ginger Ale and fresh lime) or a free Britvic ginger ale, or a free 14oz Pepsi or Lemonade, subject to availability, at participating Marston’s venues located in the UK (“Voucher”), in accordance with the specific terms set out in paragraph (b), below.
7. The Promoter has made a reasonable estimate of the number of vouchers available for this Promotion. Vouchers are allocated and redeemed on a first come, first served basis. The offer is subject to availability while stocks last. The Promoter or Marston’s accept no liability if customers are unsuccessful in applying for or redeeming a Voucher where demand exceeds the number of available Vouchers and redemptions.
8. Terms and Conditions for Voucher redemption: Please show this voucher code to your server when ordering to redeem the offer. UK residents only, aged 18+. Valid ID may be required. This voucher entitles you to a free Jameson, Ginger & Lime serve (a single measure (25ml) of Jameson Irish Whiskey served with Ginger Ale and fresh lime) or a free Britvic ginger ale, or a free 14oz Pepsi or Lemonade, subject to availability. The voucher is valid from 00:01am on 12 October 2025 until 23:59pm on 26 October 2025., during the participating pub’s regular opening hours. 9. Data Protection: Any information collected from entrants into the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose set out in paragraph 5 and for the purposes of managing entry into the Promotion. Once all prizes have been administered, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter and/or Marston’s to send further communications. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing [email protected]. If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself. 10. Prize Draw: Entrants who redeem their Voucher in participating Marston’s venue will be automatically entered into a prize draw. At the end of the Promotional Period, one (1) Winner of the Prize will be chosen by the Promoter from all complete, eligible and properly submitted entries received by a randomized computer process (the “Winner”). A member of the Promoter’s team will then contact the Winner’s via the [email protected] email in order to verify their age and confirm prize information. The Winner shall have a period of seven (7) days in order to reply to the Promoter’s notification email in order to claim the prize. Should the Winner fail to reply within this seven (7) day period, it shall be deemed that they have forfeited the prize and the Promoter shall select an alternative Winner using the same process as was used to select the original Winner.
11. The Prize is two (2) Tickets to an EFL Game of Choice, sat in the home end, excluding play offs and finals (the “Prize”). Game must be five (5) weeks minimum from the date when Winner accepts the Prize. Please also refer to the EFL Terms in this document (clauses 11-27 of these Terms and Conditions) which shall apply in relation to the redemption of the Prize and attendance at the EFL Game of Choice.
12. The winner of any prize which includes tickets is not permitted, by virtue of Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1998 to sell or otherwise dispose of the tickets to any other third party whatsoever, unless agreed by the event organiser in writing.
13. The Prize is for the applicable EFL League match tickets only and does not include any other facilities or expenses whatsoever, such as (by way of example and all of which are the responsibility of the Winner and/or their guest(s)) the following: travel to or from the venues and associated charges; accommodation; travel insurance; tips, gratuities, room service, drinks or meals; and any other costs associated with the trip.
14. Ticket collection details will be provided by the promoter, once the match date has been confirmed. If tickets are collected on the day, tickets may only be collected by the Winner and photographic ID (passport / driving license / national ID card) will be required at the point of collection.
15. Clubs will be notified of the identity of Winners and their guest(s) (including name and address) for prize administration, and databases will be checked against any Club Banning Orders, as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a Court Banning Order. Any persons found subject to a club or court banning order are not eligible to enter this competition or claim the prize. If a Winner’s guest(s) is subject to a club banning order or court banning order then they are not eligible to accompany the Winner for the Prize, and the Winner will need to identify a different guest(s). The EFL will not otherwise use Winners’ personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so.
16. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control making the Prize unavailable. The Prize may be subject to availability and change where expressly stated.
17. Name changes are not permitted, unless expressly agreed in writing (at the sole discretion of the EFL and/or football club) on a case by case basis.
18. Winners will be bound by any additional terms and rules of conduct set out by the relevant football club, venue host or event organiser (EFL) (including, amongst other things any terms of issue associated with tickets, applicable ground regulations and other policies applicable to visitors at the venue or event). The Promoter, event organiser or stadium operators reserve the right to refuse entry and/or require Winners and/or their guest(s) to leave the venue should the Winner or guest(s) not comply with these terms, rules or policies, any applicable law or regulation or other reasonable directions or the Promoter, event organiser or stadium operators, or because of winners or guest(s) inappropriate behavior. Winners are responsible for the behavior of themselves and their guest(s) whilst taking the Prize.
19. No guarantees can be given that any match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The event organiser reserves the right to reschedule any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.
20. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the ability to receive the Prize may be prevented, limited or interfered with by unforeseen events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, EFL, Club and/or venue, which may result in (amongst other things) matches being postponed, cancelled, played behind closed doors, reduced capacity crowds, or entry requirements imposed by a competent authority. Neither the Promoter, Marston’s PLC, EFL, club or venue shall be liable or responsible if any unforeseen events prevent, limit or interfere with the Winner making use of the Prize or attending the match and in the event Winners cannot make use of the Prize, the Promoter will determine in its sole discretion whether it will grant an alternative prize.
21. Winners are solely responsible to have all necessary information and documents in order to comply with any requirements relating to entry to the stadium or venue. Winners must also comply with any other policies, guidance and instructions which may be provided to them by the EFL, football club and/or venue as applicable and may be updated from time to time, in relation to attendance at the match or event.
22. The Winners will be expected to comply with any third- party terms and conditions that form part of the Prize, including but not limited to conditions of the EFL and the relevant football club along with the stadium ground regulations. 23. If a Winner and/or their guest(s) has any special accessibility requirements, the Winner will need to make the Promoter aware of this as soon as the Winner accepts the Prize. In some instances, notice of accessible seating may only be available at short notice. If wheelchair spaces are available, these will be offered on a first-come first -served basis.
24. This is not a promotion of Marston’s PLC, the EFL, any clubs or their respective group companies nor is there any liability or contractual obligation owed to prize winners by the Marston’s PLC, EFL, clubs or respective group companies relating to the operation of this Promotion (save only in relation to any applicable conditions of issue for tickets and/or stadium regulations).
25. By submitting your personal information when entering the Promotion, you acknowledge the Promoter may disclose that information to the event organiser (EFL), venue host and/or the relevant football club(s) playing in the match to which the Prize relate for the purpose of verifying your eligibility for any Prize and or administering delivery of the prize.
26. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, any personal data relating to entrants will be kept securely and used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and/or Prize fulfilment by the Promoter, EFL, clubs playing in the match to which the prize relate and/or by any agent of the promoter or EFL appointed to assist with running the promotion or administering the prize. Further information about the EFL’s use of personal data generally can be found in the EFL privacy notice at https://www.efl.com/efl-privacy-notice you must bring this to the attention of any guest(s) you may nominate. Use of your personal information will not include sending you electronic marketing communications unless you have opted in to receive such communications (and you are free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time in the future).
27. Entrance to this competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all terms and conditions of the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the EFL Ground Regulations. Winners must abide by those terms at all times. The Promotor or the EFL accepts no responsibility if the Winner and/or the Winner’s guest are denied entry or asked to leave the match for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation or because of their inappropriate behaviour.
28. Marston’s is not the promoter of this Promotion and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the Prize including but not limited to fulfilment, event cancellation, or any loss or injury arising from attendance at the event or use of the Prize. All liability rests with Pernod Ricard UK Limited.
29. General: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
30. Incomplete entries/claims or those not in accordance with the entry/claim instructions will not be accepted.
31. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or date alternative is available. However, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside of its control
32. The Promoter or Marston’s PLC will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit entrants’ ability to participate in the promotion. The Promoter does not guarantee that the Website will be operational on any specific device or system or that it will be error free or available all the time.
33. You agree that, to the extent permissible by law that the Promoter, the Promoter’s its affiliates and agents and Marston’s PLC assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the promotion, entry into the Promotion, the acceptance of the Prizes, and any acts or omissions of the Winner and any companions.
34. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries/claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
36. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
37. Each entrant will indemnify (and will keep indemnified) the Promoter, its affiliates and Marston’s PLC against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, negligence or any other action which imposes an unreasonable burden on the Website including (but not limited to) the use of software robots.
38. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
