Shipping Locations
We ship to the UK and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at jameson@elementkarbonproducts.co.uk for assistance.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are delays due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

- Standard UK Delivery £3.99 Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD (usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or via the courier’s tracking page.

Missing or Damaged Items
