Terms and Conditions for the Jameson x O2 Academy ticket giveaway and £100 Bar Tab 

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. Promoter: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG. Please do not send entries to this address.
  2. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
  3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 09:00 GMT on 1st March2025 and close at 23:59 GMT on 31st March2025.
  4. Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must either log in to Jameson Connects with their existing account details or sign up to Jameson Connects during the Promotional Period with their full name, email, and date of birth. Once entrants click ‘enter’, a message will appear on the screen to confirm that their entry has been received.
  5. Prizes: There is one (1) Prize to be won during the Promotional Period. The Prize is comprised of one (1) £100 bar tab for drinks to be redeemed at a Greene King venue selected by the Promoter. The Greene King venue will be chosen based on the Winner’s selected concert venue from the list below. The Promoter’s decision on the venue is final;

  • 7. The Promoter is not responsible for covering any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the Winner or their guests when redeeming the Prize.
  • 8. Winner selection:
  1. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into a draw. At the end of the Promotional Period, one (1) Winner will be randomly selected by a computer process.
  2. The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via Jameson.UK@pernod-ricard.com to verify their age and confirm their preferred concert venue from the list provided above.
  3. Tickets will only be available for a show that is scheduled at least four (4) weeks from the date the Winner is contacted. Once the Winner has confirmed their preferred venue, the Promoter will check ticket availability with the venue operator. While the Promoter will make every effort to accommodate the Winner’s first-choice show, this cannot be guaranteed. If tickets for the selected show are unavailable, the Promoter will contact the Winner to request an alternative show preference and will endeavour to fulfil this request.
  4. Once the concert venue is confirmed, the Promoter will select a Greene King venue near or affiliated with the chosen concert venue for the Winner to redeem their £100 bar tab. The Promoter’s decision on the Greene King venue is final.
    1. Entrants should ensure they check their email, check Junk/Spam folders, for any communications from the promoter.
    2. The Winner shall have a period of seven (7) days to reply to any emails sent from the promoter. Should the Winner fail to reply within this seven (7) day period, it shall be deemed that they have forfeited the prize, and the promoter shall select an alternative Winner using the same process as was used to select the original Winner.
    3. At the O2 Academy venues or Utilita Arena Cardiff, the Winner and their guest will be subject to the venue’s code of conduct, and the venue operators reserve the right to refuse entry and service of any customer who is heavily intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly.
    4. If any Winner or their guest is refused entry to an O2 Academy venue or Utilita Arena Cardiff the venue operators reserve the right to not permit entry to any future shows as part of this prize and the tickets will not be replaced with others.

    6. General: The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed, or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
    7. Incomplete entries/claims or those not in accordance with the entry/claim instructions will not be accepted.
    8. Winners’ surnames and counties will be made available upon request. Full names and counties will be made available to the ASA or any other competent body upon request.
    9. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or date alternative is available.
    10. Winners of the Prizes agree to comply with all the terms and conditions applicable to the prize and use of the prize. The prize must not be sold on or transferred and will be cancelled if done so. The prize does not cover any costs or expenses relating to travel or accommodation.
    11. The Winner agrees that, to the extent permissible by law, the promoter and its affiliates and agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the promotion, entry into the promotion, the acceptance of the prize, and any acts or omissions of the Winner.
    12. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
    13. The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries/claims that it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
    14. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the promoter, which is also the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The Winner acknowledges that the promoter may share its personal data, and the personal data of its guest, with third parties in order to secure the tickets to the show.
    15. The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to: asking for address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 7 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.
    16. Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the promotion will be processed and stored in a database by the promoter for the purpose of managing entry into the promotion. By providing personal information, entrants consent to the processing and storage of personal information by the promoter for this purpose. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing ukconsumerfeedback@pernod-ricard.com. If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the promotion itself.     17. Once all prizes have been administered, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for the promoter to send further communications.
    18. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive authority of the English and Welsh Courts.
