Terms and Conditions for Sainsbury’s – Win A Behind The Scenes Tour of Your Favourite EFL Football Club

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Promoter: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG. Please do not send entries or other communication to this address.

2. The Promotion will be managed on behalf of the Promoter by Element London (“Element”) 5 Morie Street, London, SW18 1SL, who will receive entries and choose the winner on behalf of the Promoter as well as manage the administration of the Text to Win mechanic and organization of the Main Prize.

3. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

4. Promotional Period: Competition shall open at 00:00 on 20th February 2026 and close at 23:59 on 12th April 2026. Following the end of the Promotional Period, no other entries will be permitted.

5. During the Promotional Period buy any bottle of Jameson in Sainsbury’s instore or online and Text JAMESON followed by a space, and your full name to 88440 (“Entr(y)(ies)”). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be nonconfidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries. Proof of purchase required.

6. Prize: There is 1 prize to be won and it is:

o Prize – one (1) Club Experience for the Winner (as defined below) (and seven (7) friends, i.e. eight (8) people in total) to visit the training ground of an EFL Club of the Winner’s choice (Preferred Club). This Club Experience will include a behind-the-scenes tour and an opportunity to watch the first team of your Preferred Club train. You will also receive a bottle of Jameson 1L.

o Note –no guarantees can be given that the Club Experience will be available for a particular EFL Club. The event organizer/EFL may reschedule any Club Experience without notice and without liability whatsoever to you. If you win the Prize, you must also be a supporter of the Preferred Club.

6. Winner selection: All successful entries will be entered into the Prize Draw (in accordance with the Entry Instructions above). The Promoter shall then select the winner using a randomized computer process from all valid entries received. The Promoter shall draw one (1) name using the randomized computer process and that individual will be deemed winner (the Winners and will be awarded the Prize. A member of the Promoter’s verification team or a nominated third party (on behalf of the Promoter) will get in touch with the Winner via email in order to verify their age, identity and collect their address details (which you acknowledge may be used to deliver the Prize you have won). Should the Winner fail to respond to the Promoter’s notification within seven (7) days, it shall be deemed that the Winner has forfeited the Prize and the Promoter shall select an alternative winner using the same process as was used to select the Winner. If the Winner fails to verify their age or is underage, they will be automatically disqualified from this Competition and the Promoter will select a new winner using the same process as was used to select the Winner.

7. Entrance into the draw will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

8. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of the Prize) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize (or the part of the Prize replaced), in the event of circumstances outside its control making the Prize unavailable. The Prize may be subject to availability and change where expressly stated.

9. The EFL Club hosting the Club Experience selected by the Winner will be notified of the identity of the Winner and their guest(s), and databases will be checked against any Club Banning Orders, as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a Court Banning Order. Any persons found subject to a club or court banning order are not eligible to enter this competition or claim the Prize. If the Winner’s guest(s) is subject to a club banning order or court banning order then they are not eligible for the Club Experience, and the Winner will need to identify a different guest(s) to use this part of the Prize.

10. Your entry (including winning entries) may be disqualified if we have good reason to believe you have broken these terms and conditions or if you or your selected guest acts in a way towards the EFL, the EFL Clubs, any of the EFL’s commercial partners, any other person entering the draw or EFL or EFL Club staff, which we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified we may redraw the Prize and award it to another person following the same process set out in these terms.

11. Any personal data relating to entrants will be kept securely and used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and/or Prize fulfillment by the Promoter and/or by any agent of the Promoter appointed to assist with running the promotion or administering the Prize (including any EFL Club (where necessary). Further information about the Promoter’s use of personal data can be found in its privacy policy at https://www.pernod-ricard.com/en/locations/uk/terms-use-and-privacy-policy and about EFL’s use of personal data in the EFL privacy notice at https://www.efl.com/efl-privacy-notice/. Use of your personal information will not include sending you electronic marketing communications unless you have opted in to receive such communications (and you are free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time in the future). Consents can be withdrawn or amended by emailing [email protected]. All personal data will be deleted within thirty (30) days of the Prize being administered unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter to send further communications. Note – you must bring this privacy notice to the attention of any guest(s) you may nominate and you agree that you will do this prior to providing any personal information of your guests to the EFL.

12. All of the Winner’s guests must be at least 18 years old as of the start date of this Promotion.

13. If the Winner and/or their guest(s) has any special accessibility requirements in order to use the Club Experience, the Winner will need to make the Promoter aware of this as soon as the winner has won the Prize.

14. Where you win the Prize, the The Promoter cannot guarantee:

o that your Preferred Club will be available for selection for the Prize.

o that the Club Experience will be available on a particular date or time; and/or

o that first team training will take place when you are on the Club Experience. You acknowledge that the above Club Experience only offers an opportunity of this potentially occurring during your Club Experience.

15. The prize must be claimed within the 2026/2027 EFL season 1st July 2026 – 31st May 2027. The Promoter shall decide in its sole discretion the dates and times available for the Winner to use the Club Experience although the Promoter will consider the Winner’s availability. The Promoter reserves the right to re-arrange any agreed date for the Club Experience without liability to the Winner. The Promoter will exercise reasonable endeavours to provide advanced notice of any change of agreed dates for the Club Experience but you acknowledge that dates and times may change with little or no prior notice as a result of changes in training schedules and fixtures of EFL Clubs. 14. The Winner of the First Prize and their guests will be bound by any additional terms and rules of conduct set out by the relevant EFL Club, venue host (including training ground) or event organiser (EFL) (including, amongst other things any terms of issue associated applicable ground regulations, any ticketing terms and conditions (which can be found here: www.efl.com/ticketconditions), and other policies applicable to visitors at the venue or event). The Promoter, EFL and/or event organiser/operator (including EFL Clubs) reserves the right to refuse entry and/or require winners and/or their guest(s) to leave the venue or refuse entry should the winner or guest(s) not comply with these terms, rules or policies, any applicable law or regulation or other reasonable directions or the promoter or event organiser/operator, or because of winners or guest(s) inappropriate behavior. The Winner is responsible for the behavior of themselves and their guest(s) whilst using the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Winner and/or the Winner’s guests are denied entry or asked to leave the Club Experience for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation or because of their inappropriate behaviour.

16. The Prize does not include any other facilities of expenses whatsoever, such as (by way of example and all of which are the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest(s)) the following:

o travel to or from the venues and associated charges;

o accommodation;

o travel insurance;

o tips, gratuities, room service, drinks or meals; and

o any other costs associated with the trip.

17. Insofar as permitted by law, the EFL, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize (except for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the EFL, its agents or distributors). Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter is not liable for any business losses incurred by entrants.

18. The Winner may be asked to have photographs taken or participate in filming, editorials for press or promotion purposes of the EFL, and/or their group companies. These together with the winner’s name may be published.

19. The Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party of sold for any financial amount. 19. Any queries and comments should be directed to [email protected].

20. Subject to applicable law, the name and county of the Winner will be available by sending a written request to: Commercial Department, EFL, Fourth Floor, Fifty Paddington, 50 Eastbourne Terrace London W2 6LGEFL. Entrants agree their name and county may be disclosed for this purpose.

21. You acknowledge that this is a promotion of the Promoter and it is not a promotion of the EFL and/or any EFL Club. The EFL and/or any Club shall have no liability whatsoever to any entrant and/or subsequent winner in relation to these terms and conditions, and any promotion referred to within these terms and conditions.

22. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any winners agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these terms and conditions.
