Terms of conditions for Stak (Stakhanov Industries Ltd) Jameson x Second Tier shirt competition.

1. Eligibility: Entrants and their chosen nominee must be over 18 and be resident in the UK (British mainland, excluding Northern Ireland)
2. How to enter: Follow @secondtierpod and @jamesonuk on Instagram OR follow @secondtierpod and @jameson_uk on X; comment on relevant post by tagging a friend.
3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from Monday 5th August 2024 at 5pm BST until Friday 9th August 2024 at 7pm BST. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Winner: There will be one winner for entrants on Instagram and one winner for entrants on X.
5. Prize: The winner will receive two Second Tier x Jameson shirts.
6. Winner Selection: Following the end of the Entry Period, we will select the winners using a randomised draw based on the entrants who have met the eligibility criteria.
7. Announcement: We will announce the prize winner on the podcast on Sunday August 11th.
8. Contacting you: The winner will be contacted by X or Instagram. If we cannot get hold of you or the nominee within 1 week, we may award the prize to another person. The chosen winner will be required to share their full address for delivery.
9. The details above will not be shared with any third party other than Jameson to fulfil necessary checks and delivery.
10. We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to cancel, delay and/or recommence the competition with immediate effect by online announcement without any liability.
