Terms and Conditions for Jameson x Young’s Pubs 2025 Promotion – Free Jameson, Ginger & Lime (the “Promotion”)
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoters, which is final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. Promoters: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG (Pernod Ricard UK) and Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Copper House, 5 Garratt Lane, Wandsworth, London SW18 4AQ (Young’s) Please do not send entries or other communication to these addresses.
2. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of England and Wales aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 00:01am GMT on 28 February 2025 and close at 23:59pm BST on 31 March 2025.
4. Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must complete the online registration form on https://www.jamesonwhiskey.com/en-gb/spd-youngspubs-2025/ during the Promotional Period with their name, email and date of birth to sign up to receive news and promotions from Jameson and other Pernod Ricard UK brands, and be entered into the Promotion.
5. As part of the entry mechanic, you must provide certain personal information and consent to receive marketing communications from Jameson and other Pernod Ricard UK brands. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting your participation in the Promotion. One entry per person/email address.
6. Free Drink Promotion:
a) Following entry of your consent and personal data in accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5, you will receive a voucher which shall entitle you to one free drink (‘Free Drink’) at participating Young’s Pubs venues located in the UK, in accordance with the specific terms set out in paragraph (b), below. b) Terms and Conditions for Young’s Pubs drink redemption:
i. There is a maximum of one (1) entry and one (1) Free Drink per person and per Young’s On Tap App (‘App’) account.
ii. Internet access and App download and account are required to enter the Promotion. A compatible phone and phone number is required to download and register an account for the App.
iii. To receive a free Jameson, Ginger and Lime (JGL) (the “Free Drink”), participants must:
Either
a) Sign up to the App
b) Log into their account on the App
iv. enter the unique promo code received via e-mail from the Promotors into the Promotional Codes section in the App;
v. either
a) add the Free Drink to the basket which will be marked as complimentary automatically; or
b) redeem at the bar; and
claim the Free Drink, during the Promotional Period.
vi. The participants will then see a reference to their Free Drink in the “Your Treats” section of the App, which they should present at any of the participating Young & Co’s pubs (the “Pubs”)
vii. Free Drinks must also be claimed before the expiry of the Promotional Period and, where the Promotion is limited by availability, before any limit on the number of Free Drinks included in the Promotion is reached. For the avoidance of doubt, visibility of the Free Drink in your App’s “Your Treats” section does not guarantee redemption of a Free Drink.
7. Entries must be completed correctly during the Promotional Period to be eligible to receive a Free Drink. All entries completed or received outside of the Promotional Period will not be included in the Promotion and are not eligible to receive a Free Drink.
8. All Free Drinks are subject to availability. There is a maximum of 8,000 Free Products available through the Promotion. If the maximum number of Free Drinks are redeemed, then you will no longer be able to claim your Free Drink, whether or not you have previously entered the promotional code on the App.
9. Provision of the Free Drink is subject to the discretion of the relevant Pub and the participant providing, upon request by any person authorised by the Promotor at the Pub where the Free Drink is being redeemed, proof of their eligibility to participate in the Promotion (including without limitation proof that they are aged 18 years or over) at the point of redemption.
10. The Pubs reserve the right to withhold any Free Drink:
i. from a participant who is unable to prove that they are aged 18 years or over;
ii. where the server suspects that the Free Drink may be provided to someone under the age of 18; or
iii. where the server would otherwise refuse to provide service to the relevant individual, in their sole discretion.
11. Data Protection
Any information collected from entrants into the Promotion will be processed by the Promoters for the purpose set out in paragraph 5 and for the purposes of managing entry into the Promotion. Once all prizes have been administered, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for the Promoters to send further communications. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing ukconsumerfeedback@pernod-ricard.com or privacy@youngs.co.uk. If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself. All data will be processed by Pernod Ricard UK in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available here. 12. General:
a. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
b. Incomplete entries/claims or those not in accordance with the entry/claim instructions will not be accepted.
c. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or date alternative is available. However, the Promoters reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
d. You agree that, to the extent permissible by law that the Promoters and its affiliates, agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the promotion, entry into the Promotion, the acceptance of the prizes, and any acts or omissions of the Winner and any companions.
e. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoters, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoters reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
f. The Promoters reserves the right to exclude any entries/claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
g. The Promoters reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.

i. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
j. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
