  • 20 ml Apricot Jam
  • 2 Dashes Cardamom Liqueur
  • 1 Piece Dried Apricot
  • 50 ml Earl Grey Tea (Chilled)
  • Ice Cubes
  • 50 ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 10 ml Lemon (Fresh)
  • 1 Mint Leaf
  • Peach Bitters
  • ⅔ Parts Apricot Jam
  • 2 Dashes Cardamom Liqueur
  • 1 Piece Dried Apricot
  • 1⅔ Parts Earl Grey Tea (Chilled)
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1⅔ Parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • ⅓ Parts Lemon (Fresh)
  • 1 Mint Leaf
  • Part Peach Bitters
Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Shake together the Jameson Black Barrel, apricot jam, fresh lemon, chilled Earl Grey tea.

  2. Add 2 dashes of Cardamom Bitters and 2 dashes of Peach Bitters together.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball.

About this Cocktail

This original recipe, created by the great bar team, ALL Bar None in 2018 brings together the sweetness of the apricot and the spices of the earl grey with our smooth Black Barrel. This drink to be served very cold, is ideal to be sipped during a hot afternoon of summer.
