The perfect blend of citrus combined with the toasted wood characteristics of Jameson® Black Barrel and a pinch of charcoal creates a lively, bold cocktail straight out of Germantown by bartender Matt McPeak.

  • 1.5 parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.75 parts Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 parts Violet Syrup
  • 0.75 parts Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Charcoal
  • Combine Jameson Black Barrel, pineapple juice, violet syrup, lemon juice, and charcoal in a glass
  • Shake and strain over ice
