Step-by-step

How to make Irish Maid

  1. Muddle cucumber and combine ingredients into a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.

  3. Fine-strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

About this Cocktail

Sorry we meant the original version starring J. Jameson. Not the remake set in Manhattan… Anyway this cocktail is equal parts refreshing and gorgeous, just like our friend John.
