Be the ‘Talk of the Town’ with this sweet, spicy delight. Made from Jameson Crested x Eight Degrees.
Ingredients

10 ml Amaro Montenegro

3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

5 ml Cinnamon Syrup

Ice Cubes

40 ml Jameson Crested x Eight Degrees Brewing

25 ml Lillet Rouge
-
1 Peel Orange
-
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

⅓ Parts Amaro Montenegro

3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
-
⅙ Parts Cinnamon Syrup

Ice Cubes
-
1⅓ Parts Jameson Crested x Eight Degrees Brewing

⅚ Parts Lillet Rouge
-
Part Orange
-
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
How to make

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

Pour all ingredients over ice and stir well.

Strain and pour into a coupe glass.

Garnish with orange peel.
About this Cocktail
In 2019, to celebrate eight years of adventurous craft beer brewing, our neighbours at Eight Degrees Brewing in Co. Cork released a uniquely dark Black Ball Metric Stout, finished in Jameson barrels. We returned the favour, by filling these stout soaked barrels with some of our whiskey.
