10 ml Balsamic Syrup

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Ice Cubes

2 Parts Jameson Stout Edition

⅓ Parts Balsamic Syrup

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

How to make
-
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir to chill.

Express the oils from the orange zest and garnish the cocktail with the zest.
1. Add 250ml balsamic vinegar and 250g demerara sugar to a saucepan.
2. Simmer for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
3. Allow to cool, bottle and refrigerate.
