  • Champagne
  • Ice Cubes
  • 25 ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice
  • 30 ml Rhubarb liqueur
  • Champagne
  • Ice Cubes
  • ⅚ Part Jameson Black Barrel
  • ⅓ Part Lemon Juice
  • 1 Part Rhubarb liqueur

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass and top with champagne.
  3. Garnish with a lemon zest.
