Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Muddle cucumber slices in your cocktail shaker before adding the Jameson, lemon and agave.

  2. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice into a wine glass or rocks glass.

  3. Top up with cider.

  4. Garnish with apple or cucumber slices.

TOP TIP

If you use a sweet cider you may want to slightly reduce the amount of agave.
