Ingredients

20 ml Agave Nectar

3 Slices Cucumber

60 ml Dry Apple Cider

Ice Cubes
-
35 ml Jameson Original
-
25 ml Lemon Juice
-
⅔ Parts Agave Nectar
-
3 Slices Cucumber
-
2 Parts Dry Apple Cider
-
Ice Cubes
-
1⅙ Parts Jameson Original
-
⅚ Parts Lemon Juice
How to make
-
Muddle cucumber slices in your cocktail shaker before adding the Jameson, lemon and agave.

Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice into a wine glass or rocks glass.

Top up with cider.

Garnish with apple or cucumber slices.

(Note – if you use a sweet cider you may want to slightly reduce the amount of agave.)
