Meet Ronan Collins aka @whiskey4breakfast – a talented hospitality and drinks consultant working for some of the best brands in the industry.
Ronan’s career began as a bartender in Belfast, where at a young age he made the bold decision to leave his head bartender role for a lower position at Dandelion, London.
Needless to say, he never looked back and credits Dandelion for much of his development and success.
He made a few more bold decisions along the way, at one point leaving his role as a Brand Ambassador to ultimately find what he’s most passionate about.
