Ingredients for Call Me Bubbles

                25 ml Jameson Black Barrel
- 
                30 ml Rhubarb liqueur
- 
                Champagne
- 
                10 ml Lemon Juice
- 
                Ice Cubes
- 
							⅚ Parts Jameson Black Barrel
- 
							1 Part Rhubarb liqueur
- 
							Champagne
- 
							⅓ Parts Lemon Juice
- 
							Ice Cubes
How to make Call Me Bubbles
- 
                        Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. 
- 
                        Strain into a coupe glass and top with champagne. 
- 
                        Garnish with a lemon zest.
