Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently.

  2. Garnish with a mint sprig/ lemon slice or zest/ skewered raspberries – whatever you have at hand really.

1. 800ml water, 100g raspberries (fresh or frozen), 80g sugar, 3 tea bags (we like black breakfast tea but you can experiment with your favourite tea at home).
2. Add water, sugar and raspberries to a pan and bring to a boil.
3. Remove from the heat an add the tea bags. Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes.
4. Strain everything through a sieve and allow to cool.
5. Bottle and refrigerate.
