  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 25 ml Passion fruit Syrup
  • 60 ml Soda water
  • Passion fruit wedge
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1⅔ Parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ⅙ Parts Green Chartreuse
  • 2 Dashes Jameson Seaweed Bitters
  • ⅚ Parts Lemon Juice
  • 25 ml Passion fruit Syrup
  • 60 ml Soda water

Step-by-step

How to make Sea collins

  1. Add all ingredients except soda water to a shaker and shake well with ice.

  2. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
