How to make the perfect campsite cocktail at All Together Now
One of the festival highlights of the year is nearly upon us and if you’re lucky enough to be making your way to Waterford, we hope you can raise a toast to what will be an unforgettable weekend.
Festival goers are permitted to bring one litre of spirits into the campsite and main arena, in non-glass bottles only. So if you want to bring along some Jameson, be sure to decant it into a non-glass bottle and preferably a reusable one.
If you’re in the mood for getting a little creative, we’ve put together some Jameson cocktails that will make the most of your one litre allowance and can be easily created on site.
For the cocktails below, remember that you are permitted to bring soft drinks to the site provided they are sealed and not in glass containers.
And if none of these spark your interest! There are on-site water refill stations, which you can fill with your own reusable water bottle.

Friday
Jameson Ginger & Lime
A classic and the perfect refreshing cocktail to get the weekend off to the best start.
What you’ll need: Jameson Original Whiskey, Ginger Ale and a Lime.
Method: Pour a shot of whiskey (30ml) into a reusable glass and top up with approximately 90ml worth of Ginger Ale, roughly one part Jameson to three parts Ginger Ale. Get a large wedge of lime, give it a good squeeze and drop it into the glass.
Saturday
Jameson Irish Lemonade
After a busy Friday, a refreshing drink will be the order of the day come Saturday and the classic Irish Lemonade fits the bill perfectly.
What you’ll need: Jameson Original Whiskey, Sparkling Lemonade and a Lime.
Method: Pour approximately 50ml of Jameson into a reusable glass and top up with approximately 90ml worth of sparking Lemonade, roughly one and two thirds part Jameson to three parts Lemonade.
Drop in a wedge of lime, give it a stir and enjoy responsibly.
Sunday
Jameson Apple Spritz
Ready for your final cocktails? Introducing Jameson Apple Spritz.
What you’ll need: Jameson Original Whiskey, Ginger Ale, Apple Juice and a Lemon.
Method: Pour approximately 30ml of Jameson into a reusable glass and top up with approximately 60ml of Ginger Ale, 90ml of Apple Juice, So, one part Jameson, two parts Ginger Ale and three parts Apple Juice. Drop in a lemon wedge for a little extra zing, stir and then raise your glass to toast the climax of an amazing weekend.
