Ingredients for Stout Edition Irish Coffee

45 ml Jameson Stout Edition

60 ml Coffee

50 ml Cream

15 ml Vanilla Syrup

Grated Nutmeg

1½ Parts Jameson Stout Edition

2 Parts Coffee

1⅔ Parts Cream

½ Parts Vanilla Syrup

How to make Stout Edition Irish Coffee

Add boiling water to your Irish coffee glass to pre-heat it.

Discard the water.

Add the Jameson, vanilla syrup and coffee into the glass and stir gently.

Top with lightly whipped cream and garnish with a little grated nutmeg.
1. Add 250g white sure, 250ml water and vanilla pod to saucepan.
2. Carefully slice the vanilla pod lengthways first to release the flavour. (A teaspoon / 5ml of vanilla extract will also work.)
3. Heat on a medium low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain out the vanilla pod, bottle and refrigerate.
