Get your halloween party off to a spooky start, with this ghostly berry cocktail.
Ingredients

50 ml Jameson Black Barrel

10 ml Sweet Vermouth

25 ml Blackberry Syrup

25 ml Lemon Juice

10 ml Orange Juice

20 ml Soda Water
-
Orange Zest
-
Ice Cubes

50 ml Jameson Black Barrel

⅓ Parts Sweet Vermouth

⅚ Parts Blackberry Syrup

⅚ Parts Lemon Juice

⅓ Parts Orange Juice

20 ml Soda Water

Orange Zest

Ice Cubes

How to make
-
Add all ingredients except soda water to a shaker and shake with ice.

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

Top with soda water and garnish with orange zest.
1. Add 250g sugar, 250ml water and 100g blackberries (fresh or frozen both work) to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Allow to cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
