Create a delicious Black Apple to ward off bad spirits with Jameson Black Barrel.

  • 50 ml
    Apple Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Blackberry Liqueur
  • 10 ml
    Dry sherry
  • Ice Cubes
  • 50 ml
    Jameson Black Barrel
  • 1 Wedge
    Lemon
  • 15 ml
    Lemon (Fresh)
  • 1⅔ Parts
    Apple Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Blackberry Liqueur
  • ⅓ Parts
    Dry sherry
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1⅔ Parts
    Jameson Black Barrel
  • 1 Wedge
    Lemon
  • ½ Parts
    Lemon (Fresh)
Step-by-step

How to make

  1. In a shaker half-filled with Ice, add the Jameson Black Barrel, the Dry Sherry, fresh lemon and Blackberry Liqueur. Shake for 3 minutes.

  2. Strain into an ice filled highball.

  3. Add the apple juice, and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with a nice lemon wedge.
