Refreshingly simple and created in Nashville’s 12th South neighborhood by bartender Will Schultz, this cocktail is made with grapefruit juice, raspberry rose water syrup, and the unmistakable smoothness of Jameson® Black Barrel.
- 1 part Jameson Black Barrel
- 0.25 parts Dry Curacao
- 0.25 parts Grapefruit Juice
- 0.125 parts Raspberry Rose Water Syrup
- 2 parts Ginger Beer
- Combine Jameson Black Barrel, dry curacao, grapefruit juice, and raspberry rose water syrup in a glass
- Shake and strain over ice
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with rose petal and grapefruit wheel
