Refreshingly delicious. This cocktail is made with grapefruit juice, raspberry syrup, and the unmistakable smoothness of Jameson Black Barrel.

Ingredients

  • 10 ml Dry Curacao
  • Edible Flower
  • 60 ml Ginger Beer
  • 25 ml Grapefruit Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • 50 ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • Raspberry
  • 10 ml Raspberry Syrup
  • ⅓ Parts Dry Curacao
  • Edible Flower
  • 2 Parts Ginger Beer
  • ⅚ Parts Grapefruit Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1⅔ Parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • Raspberry
  • ⅓ Parts Raspberry Syrup
Step-by-step

How to make

  1. To Make Raspberry syrup, add 250g white sugar, 250ml water and 100g raspberries to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

  3. Muddle the raspberries or add mixture to a blender.

  4. Strain through a sieve, bottle and refrigerate.

  5. Combine Jameson Black Barrel, dry çuracao, grapefruit juice, and raspberry syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.

  6. Strain over ice in a highball glass and top with ginger beer.

  7. Garnish with an edible flower and a raspberry.
