What do you need

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • ml Lime Juice
  • 10 Agave Nectar
  • 60 ml Tonic Water
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt Flakes
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Srig Thyme
  • 60 ml Ice Cubes
  • 2 Parts Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • Part Lime Juice
  • 10 Agave Nectar
  • 60 ml Tonic Water
  • Part Sea Salt Flakes
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Srig Thyme
  • 60 ml Ice Cubes
Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Fill a white wine glass with ice to chill
  2. Shake pink grapefruit, lime, agave syrup and sea salt in a shaker with ice
  3. Double strain ingredients into chilled white wine glass
  4. Top with tonic water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of thyme.
