  • 35 ml Jameson Original
  • 90 ml Espresso
  • Grated Nutmeg (For Garnish)
  • Fresh whipped cream
  • 1 VANILLA BEAN OR CINNAMON STICK (FOR GARNISH)

  • 1⅙ Parts Jameson Original
  • 3 Parts Espresso

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Pour boiling water into an Irish coffee mug and let it sit for a minute or two to warm the glass. Once the glass is warmed, dump the water.

  2. To your warmed Irish coffee mug, add simple syrup and Jameson. Stir, then add your espresso.

  3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a trimmed vanilla bean or stick of cinnamon. Dust with freshly-grated nutmeg.
