Jameson Irish Coffee Recipe
When it comes to coffee drinks, there’s nothing more quintessentially Irish than adding a little drop of Jameson Irish Whiskey to make a cold winter evening more enjoyable. Here’s our version of the classic Irish coffee.
Ingredients

10 ml Simple Syrup

35 ml Jameson Original

90 ml Espresso

Grated Nutmeg (For Garnish)

Fresh whipped cream

1 VANILLA BEAN OR CINNAMON STICK (FOR GARNISH)

⅓ Parts Simple Syrup

1⅙ Parts Jameson Original

3 Parts Espresso

Grated Nutmeg (For Garnish)

How to make

Pour boiling water into an Irish coffee mug and let it sit for a minute or two to warm the glass. Once the glass is warmed, dump the water.

To your warmed Irish coffee mug, add simple syrup and Jameson. Stir, then add your espresso.

Top with whipped cream and garnish with a trimmed vanilla bean or stick of cinnamon. Dust with freshly-grated nutmeg.
