Jazz up tea time with this simple fragrant brew, with spiced notes of cardamom setting off hints of apricot and bergamot.
- 50ml Jameson Select Reserve
- 20ml Apricot Jam Syrup
- 10ml Fresh Lemon
- 50ml chilled Earl Grey tea
- 2 dashes of Cardamom Liqueur
- 2 dashes of Peach Bitters
- Shake together 50ml Jameson Select Reserve, 20ml apricot jam syrup, 10ml fresh lemon, 50ml chilled Earl Grey tea, 2 dashes of Cardamom Bitters and 2 dashes of Peach Bitters together
- Strain into an ice-filled highball.
