What do you need


  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 60 ml Breakfast Tea
  • Ice Cubes
  • 30 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 20 ml Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Marmalade
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • Slice Toast
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Parts Breakfast Tea
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Part Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ⅔ Parts Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Marmalade
  • ⅓ Parts Simple Syrup
  • Slice Toast

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.

  2. Strain over ice into a highball glass filled with ice.

  3. Garnish with a quartered slice of toast.

  4. To make Chilled Breakfast Tea: Add 3 breakfast tea bags to piping water and leave to steep for 30 minutes. Remove tea bags, bottle and refrigerate.

  5. To make Simple syrup: Dissolve equal parts granulated white sugar in water.
