Tea Time Express

Discover a new love for tea, with this fragrant Black Barrel recipe that is as delicious as it is sophisticated.

  • 20 ml Apricot Jam
  • 2 Dashes Cardamom Liqueur
  • 1 Piece Dried Apricot
  • 50 ml Earl Grey Tea (Chilled)
  • Ice Cubes
  • 50 ml Jameson Black Barrel BUY NOW
  • 10 ml Lemon (Fresh)
  • 1 Leaf Mint Leaf
  • 60 ml Peach Bitters
Units
  1. Shake together the Jameson Black Barrel, apricot jam, fresh lemon, chilled Earl Grey tea.
  2. Add 2 dashes of Cardamom Bitters and 2 dashes of Peach Bitters together
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball.

This original recipe, created by the great bar team, ALL Bar None in 2018 brings together the sweetness of the apricot and the spices of the earl grey with our smooth Black Barrel. This drink to be served very cold, is ideal to be sipped during a hot afternoon of summer.
