  • 150 ml Lemonade
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Wedge Lime
  • 1⅔ Parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 5 Parts Lemonade
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Wedge Lime

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Fill a high ball glass with ice and pour in a shot of Jameson. Top up the glass with a good quality sparkling lemonade and stir briefly to mix

  2. Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze and drop it into the glass.

Top Tip

Roughly 1 part Jameson to 3 parts lemonade, all parts refreshing.
