60 ml Jameson Black Barrel

30 ml Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

22 ml Unsweetened cranberry Juice

15 ml Maple syrup

3 dashes Aromatic bitters

1 egg white

1 Part Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

Part Unsweetened cranberry Juice

½ Parts Maple syrup

3 dashes Aromatic bitters

How to make

Place a tumbler glass in the freezer to chill.

Add Jameson Black Barrel, lemon juice, cranberry juice, maple syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously without ice.

Add ice, then shake until chilled.

Strain into your chilled glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and freshly grated nutmeg.
