  • 22 ml Unsweetened cranberry Juice
  • 15 ml Maple syrup
  • 3 dashes Aromatic bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • Rosemary Sprig
  • 2 Parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 1 Part Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Part Unsweetened cranberry Juice
  • ½ Parts Maple syrup
  • 3 dashes Aromatic bitters

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Place a tumbler glass in the freezer to chill.

  2. Add Jameson Black Barrel, lemon juice, cranberry juice, maple syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously without ice.

  3. Add ice, then shake until chilled.

  4. Strain into your chilled glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and freshly grated nutmeg.
