  • 60 ml Jameson Triple Triple
  • 22.5 ml Lemon
  • 10 ml Orgeat
  • 2 Dashes Cocoa Bitters
  • 2 Drops Salt Solution
  • 22.5 ml Egg Whites
  • 2 Parts Jameson Triple Triple
  • ¾ Parts Lemon
  • ⅓ Parts Orgeat
  • 2 Dashes Cocoa Bitters
  • 2 Drops Salt Solution
  • ¾ Parts Egg Whites

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Add Lemon Juice to a shaker

  2. Add almond syrup (Orgeat)

  3. Add 2 dashes of cocoa bitters

  4. Add Jameson Triple Triple

  5. 2 Drops of salt solution

  6. Add egg whites (optional)

  7. Dry shake with no ice

  8. Add ice and shake again

  9. Strain into a coupe glass
