Originally a woollen mill, later a military barracks, and now the home of Irish whiskey excellence, Midleton is where all Jameson whiskey is distilled today, alongside six other globally celebrated brands.

Following a major redevelopment, our main building now provides an expansive and character-filled space perfect for private events, complete with exceptional food, drink, music, and more. Guests can also enjoy immersive tours of the original distillery, making for an experience that blends heritage, hospitality, and celebration like nowhere else.
