A simple, low-alcohol cocktail to get you through the January Blues!
ABV: 4.5%
- 25ml Jameson
- 10ml dry white wine
- 50ml cloudy apple
- 25ml lemon
- 15ml honey
- 75ml Kombucha
- Shake all ingredients except kombucha in a shaker with ice.
- Double strain into a chilled collins/ highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with kombucha.
- Garnish with a skewered apple fan and grated nutmeg.
