An Rince

COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH

Happy New Year Amigo

It’s 2019 and we’ve recovered from our post New-Year’s siesta. Our first order of business is to bring you January’s cocktail of the month from Spain.

If you’re like us and blew the budget over Christmas, you should appreciate this cheap and cheerful night in. Gather your mates round, get the tapas going and follow the recipe below to bring your own Spanish fiesta to life.

The Cocktail

This month’s cocktail is served up by bartender Joaquin Manrique Sanagustin. If you think that’s a mouthful, wait till you try his cocktail. Jo describes his cocktail as a “fiesta of flavours, hosted by Jameson”. We’re just glad to be invited to a Spanish gathering, especially when it has an Irish twist.

He’s named it ‘An Rince’ which is Irish for ‘The Dance’. Serve your mates a few of these and you’ll see where Jo got the name from.
