  • 1 stick Celery
  • 1 Teaspoon Celery Salt
  • twist Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • Ice Cubes
  • 40 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 5 ml Lemon
  • 1 Whole Prawn or Shrimp
  • 2 Dashes Tabasco
  • 120 ml Tomato Juice
  • 2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 stick Celery
  • 1 Teaspoon Celery Salt
  • twist Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1⅓ Parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ⅙ Parts Lemon
  • 1 Whole Prawn or Shrimp
  • 2 Dashes Tabasco
  • 4 Parts Tomato Juice
  • 2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice and stir gently.

  2. Garnish with a celery stick and a twist of freshly cracked black pepper, and (if you like seafood) a prawn or shrimp.

This colourful cocktail is an absolute winner. Switching vodka for whiskey (obviously). This spicy, smooth serve will kickstart off any day with mates.
