With a BA in History Archaeology and a postgraduate in Archives Administration from UCD, she’s not just your typical whiskey enthusiast. Carol is a registered member of the Archives and Records Association UK & Ireland, and her leadership was evident when she served as the former Chairman for the same association in Ireland.
