  • 20 ml Aren Syrup (local palm sugar)
  • 80 ml Cikole Luwak Coffee
  • Whipping Cream
  • Rambutan Wood Charcoal
  • 1 Part Jameson Black Barrel
  • ⅔ Parts Aren Syrup (local palm sugar)
  • 2⅔ Parts Cikole Luwak Coffee
  • Whipping Cream

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Pour Aren Syrup, Jameson Black Barrel, and Luwak Coffee into an Irish Coffee Glass then stir.

  2. Add 1 burning hot Rambutan Charcoal into the mix.

  3. Layer with Elle & Vire Whipping Cream.

  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
