This suave serve is the perfect blend of floral sweet lavender and sharp lemon. The Smooth Operator gets its name by using the smoothest Irish whiskey in the world. What whiskey is that you ask?

    Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 20 ml
    Lavender Syrup
  • 30 ml
    Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1⅔ Parts
    Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ⅔ Parts
    Lavender Syrup
  • 1 Part
    Fresh Lemon Juice

How to make

  1. Place Jameson, lavneder syrup and fresh lemon juice in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake, strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with Ginger Beer & garnish with lemon twist.
