Terms and Conditions for the Jameson Travel Wallet (the “Promotion”)

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

Full Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is open to individuals aged above the Legal Drinking Age in the territory they reside.

2. No purchase is required in order to enter the Promotion. However, internet access, a smart phone and registration for the Travel Wallet (as defined below) is required.

3. Please note, in order to avail of the rewards associated with the Promotion and to receive the fullest enjoyment of the Travel Wallet, your presence in Dublin, Ireland during the Promotional Period (as defined below) is necessary.

4. The Promoter will not be responsible for any increased usage of mobile data by the entrants, or any additional expense incurred by individuals that participate in the Promotion.

5. Promotional Period: April 2023 – 30 June 2023

• The digital Jameson wallet will be accessible for the duration of the Promotional Period.
• The Distillery Visit (as defined below) can only take place between 1 April 2023 and 30 June 2023.

6. Maximum one (1) entry and registration for the Travel Wallet per mobile smartphone.

7. To participate

a) As part of the Promotion, you can sign up to access a digital Jameson travel wallet by visiting https://jamesonwhiskey.nftviewer.app/arrivelikealocal and completing the registration form, confirming you e-mail address, date of birth and country of origin (the “Travel Wallet”).

b) As part of your registration, you consent to the Promoter collecting your personal data and processing it for the purpose of operating the Promotion as well as to sending you marketing information of the Promoter and marketing information of group companies of the Promoter. Your consent to receive such marketing information may be withdrawn at any time. The Promoter’s use and processing of your personal data will be in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. Further details of the Travel Wallet:

a) Following registration, you will have access to the Travel Wallet during the Promotional Period.
b) You will be guided to complete a short Jameson quiz.
• If you are an international traveller that will be visiting Dublin, you will receive a discount code which shall entitle you to receive a ‘buy-one-get-one-free’ promotion on tickets to visit the Jameson Bow Street Distillery in Dublin between 1 April 2023 – 30 June 2023 (the “Distillery Visit”). You will be able to redeem this offer by entering the code when booking your time-slot to visit the distiller on the distillery website [https://www.jamesonwhiskey.com/en-ie/visit-our-distilleries/jameson-bow-street-distillery-tour/]. Specific terms and conditions of your tickets for the Jameson Bow Street Distillery can be found at this website when booking.
• If you are not an international traveller visiting Dublin, you will have full access to the Travel Wallet but will not receive the above discount promotion for the Distillery Visit.
c) The Travel Wallet has geo-location services and during your trip to Dublin, you will be able to find NFT Coins at specific locations in Dublin. There are a total of fifteen (15) NFT Coins to collect.

9. The discount code for the Jameson Distillery Tour and NFT Coins are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend any part of or terminate the Promotion at any point during the Promotional Period.

11. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

12. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

13. Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

14. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

15. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

16. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

17. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – JAMESON WALLET GIFT
1. By participating in this promotional event (the “Promotion”), all individuals fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) herein. World Brands Duty Free Limited (trading as Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail), whose registered office is at Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG, is the organizer of this Promotion (the “Promoter”).

2. The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. Individuals may be asked to present proof of their age, such as identification card or passport, by the Promoter’s affiliates or employees of the participating outlet at the Location so that they may verify that the individual is at least 18 years of age.

3. The Promotion begins on 1 April 2023 and ends on 30 June 2023. The Promotion is exclusive to The Loop Duty Free Shop at Dublin Airport in Ireland (the “Location”).

4. The following promotion will operate at the Promotion:

• Receive one (1) leather Jameson passport cover upon showing your digital Jameson wallet account (in which you have collected all coins/NFTs) to a sales assistant at the Location, (the “Gift”).

5. Each individual is only eligible to receive one Gift as part of the Promotion. The Gift will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Should the Promoter’s stock of the Gifts run out, the Promoter shall have no obligation to provide any alternative cash payment or substitute gift.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portion of the Terms, or cancel, suspend or stop the Promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

7. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of England and all and any questions or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. If any provision of the Terms or its application to any circumstances shall, to any extent, be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and the application of the said provision to other circumstances shall not be affected, and each and every provision of the Terms shall remain enforceable in full force and to the greatest extent as the law would allow.
