The Irish Wolfhound

Named after one Irish legend. Made with another. This legendary cocktail can be found all over the word.

  • 10 ml Black Currant Cordial
  • 50 ml Ginger Beer
  • Grapefruit
  • Ice Cubes
  • 50 ml Jameson Black Barrel BUY NOW
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Pink Grapefruit
  • Smoked Salt
Units
  1. Add your Black Barrel, ginger beer and pink grapefruit juice to a highball glass full of ice, and garnish with a pair of grapefruit half slices.
  2. Dip a corner of one of the grapefruit slices in the smoked salt and drop into the drink.
  3. You can also apply the smoked salt to the rim of the glass to make a Salty Wolfhound. If you don’t have smoked salt, sea salt will do in a pinch. Pun intended!

Famous for it's sweet taste, it packs a punch and beautifully combine ginger with fruit whilst allowing the Jameson Black Barrel to really shine throughout. Make it for yourself or en masse for friends!
