Just the Best... There's only one way to find out.
This month’s cocktail comes from Florian Springer, aptly named with Spring just around the corner.
Florian named this cocktail “Just the Best” and with a name like that we were expecting big things. Luckily for Florian we weren’t disappointed. Described as a “fresh and powerful cocktail” this drink is the best of Irish and German culture mixed together. We can see the benefit of German precision and organisation for cocktail making. As for the Irish…you can’t beat what the Irish bring to the table. So we hear.

- 50ml Jameson Black Barrel,
20ml Lime Juice,
10ml Faude Himbeergeist (German Raspberry Schnapps)
15ml Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris wine)
20ml Dill Syrup
- Add all Ingredients into a shaker with Ice Cubes.
- Shake it till it´s cold.
- Double strain it in a cold Coupett.
- Press the Orange peel on top of the drink to spray the Oils on it,
- Use an Orange Peel and fresh Dill for the garnish

How To Make
