If you enjoy coffee drinks, you’ll love our take on the classic espresso martini. In Ireland, in spring, in the warmer, longer days, people say ‘there’s a grand stretch in the evenings’, and that’s the perfect time to enjoy some drinks with Kahlúa, Jameson Irish Whiskey and spicy ground nutmeg. A perfect pick-me-up for after-work drinks with friends or a simple treat after dinner, wherever you are, whoever you’re with, you can welcome
- 1.5 shot of Jameson Original
- 50ml of medium roast espresso
- ½ shot of sugar syrup (50:50 sugar & boiling water)
- ½ shot of Kahlúa
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Add 50ml medium roast espresso, one and a half shots of Jameson, a half shot of Kahlúa and a half shot of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake it all up.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg.
