25 ml Grapefruit Juice

20 ml Honey Syrup

Ice Cubes

50 ml IPA Beer

35 ml Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition

25 ml Lime Juice
-
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

⅚ Parts Grapefruit Juice

⅔ Parts Honey Syrup
-
Ice Cubes
-
1⅔ Parts IPA Beer

1⅙ Parts Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition

⅚ Parts Lime Juice
How to make
-
Add all ingredients except IPA to a shaker with ice and she until chilled.

Strain into an highball glass filled with ice.

Top with IPA.

Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
