  • 45 ml Jameson Original
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Honey Syrup
  • 60 ml Prosecco
  • -2 Soda Water
  • 1½ Parts Jameson Original
  • 1 Part Lemon Juice
  • ½ Parts Honey Syrup
  • 2 Parts Prosecco
  • -2 Soda Water

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Rim glass w/ lemon zest salt ⁠

  2. Fill your glass with Ice

  3. 1.5 oz Jameson Original Irish Whiskey

  4. Add 1 oz lemon juice

  5. Add .5 oz honey syrup

  6. Add 2 oz prosecco

  7. Top w/ soda water

  8. Garnish w/ mint sprig + lemon wheel
