15 ml simple syrup

45 ml Ginger Beer

45 ml Sparkling Wine topper

1½ Parts Jameson Black Barrel

½ Parts Lemon juice

½ Parts simple syrup

1½ Parts Ginger Beer

1½ Parts Sparkling Wine topper
How to make

Build all ingredients except for sparkling wine in a shaking tin

Add Ice

Shake
-
Strain as you pour into a highball glass top with Sparkling Wine
