  • 50 ml
    Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 15 ml
    Sugar Syrup
  • 4 Wedges of
    Lemon
  • 1 Handful of
    Mint Leaves
  • 1⅔ Parts
    Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ½ Parts
    Sugar Syrup
  • 4 Wedges of
    Lemon
  • 1 Handful of
    Mint Leaves

How to make

  1. Add lemons and sugar to bottom of shaker, muddle.

  2. Add remainder of ingredients & ice, then shake hard for 12 secs.

  3. Open shaker and fine strain into tumbler filled with ice.

  4. Hand clap mint sprig, insert and enjoy.

About this Cocktail

Bridging the whiskey sour with the mint julep, lifting the oils of the lemon to  the surface. Creating a refreshing & delicious cocktail worth sipping. Never smashing.
