- 30ml Jameson Original
- 10ml Lillet Blanc
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 10ml rosehip syrup
- 25ml lemon juice
- A dash of soda water
- Combine 30ml Jameson Original, 10ml Lillet Blanc, 15ml elderflower liqueur, 10ml rosehip syrup and 25ml lemon juice and stir.
- Pour into a highball glass filled with cubed ice and stir once more, before topping up with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
